You can also choose to fly to Bogotá (BOG) and then take a flight to Medellín. Regardless of the route you choose, you will arrive at the Rionegro city airport (José María Córdoba), and then you need to travel by land to Medellín. The easiest way to get to and from the city to the airport is by Uber or a special service; it takes approximately 30 minutes.
